Mike Bliss Architecture and Bentleys and Carter a design lead practice are looking for Part 1 and Part 2 year out students to help support a small design cooperative based in Surrey and Sussex.

The student will work directly with the architect and designer and be immediately involved in all aspects of architecture. The workload is generally residential with schemes ranging from small extensions, through one-off houses and small multi-unit developments. Projects are scattered throughout London and the home counties. Current and proposed projects are at all levels of the RIBA work stages and experience will be gained in all areas of practice.

The successful candidate must have experience in AutoCAD and SketchUp and be prepared to throw themselves into the deep end of a small thriving practice.

The office is based in East Grinstead close to a main line station, however, a driving licence and access to a car will be required for site visits throughout the area. It is also a dog-friendly position, with the family pet in the office daily.
