We are excited to be submitting a planning application for a multi-generational development in Redhill, Surrey. The proposal is to reuse and reimagine the existing house and associated garages to create a home that will accommodate three generations of the same family. Allowing them the ability to have their own private spaces as well communal living and dining rooms.
The two buildings are proposed to be linked with a lightweight glass structure that will flood the centre of the house with light as well as create a strong visual break. The family have been a pleasure to work with and the many design meetings have benefited all parties in ensuring we ended up with the best scheme.
