Following a long planning process with Croydon and a late night at committee the proposal for a new two bedroom house in Coulsdon was passed unanimously. The scheme is on a tight, compact, sloping site and was designed to work with the gradient and minimise impact on the street scene and neighbours. The massing is purposely low profile and the choice of materials add a modern twist.
